Interesting little factoid about the party I went to yesterday. There were 3 of us who underwent lung cancer surgery last year. A husband (aggressive form, but caught early), wife (a very slow growing type) and myself. I was amazed. The husband's was from radon, but the wife's was not. Weird, huh? So far, we are all doing well. The husband is morbidly obese, though, and has not lost weight, even after having the surgery. He has other health problems, too, but he really looks well. They had MY surgeon's partner!
