I heard "a ding" around midnight. Kind of 1/10th of a phone ring, probably not 1/10 of the doorbell. Some sound. Maybe one of Kat's rogue mice made it up North this far, eh? Messed up my sleeping the rest of the night. No idea what it was, but it was enough to bug me. Grrrr.
Maybe a nap in my future too.
