Made it to Pittsburgh and back in one piece. So many idiots on the Interstate. It was crazy, but we're home safe, and had quite a few laughs despite the traffic.
It was hot, but not too hot,pretty humid, though. But it's not as bad as HOT and humid, ya know?
Also, had my FIRST cup of real (as in CAFFEINATED) coffee in over 8 years today. It was wonderful. I've been drinking half and half and decaf, but really wanted to try the real stuff again. Forgot how fantastic it tastes. Didn't seem to bother my anxiety, so that's a REAL sign to me that the anxiety is a lot better. Still have setbacks, but pick myself up and move forward, learning from every setback. Soon, I'll be seeing that freaking anxiety through the rear view mirror!!!
