Had a horrible night. Hip woke me up hurting, then restless legs, along with nasty nausea. Not sure I got 3 hours, and certainly not in a row . Today is a new day, and I'll just go from here.

Actually, this is a skin doctor appointment follow up. The meds they gave me for my face, which has a form of dermatitis, made me break out like a teenager before her first prom and also, a lesion popped up seemingly overnight just a few days AFTER I saw him on the 8th. So, he won't be able to help my last night's problem, but, hoping he can help with this acne and lesion, which looks like a flesh tattoo of 2 mountains on my temple

A good nap and a good night's sleep tonight will take care of what happened last night, I hope. I took some benadryl last night and it seemed to make me sick, restless legs, etc. Used to be able to take it in the past, but our bodies change. Won't be doing that again.

And Thank you....didn't mean to ramble on.

They did a biopsy on lesion. And boy, does it hurt. I think because it's right on my temple. So, if I smile, squint, talk, laugh or just about anything, the whole side of my face hurts. May be another basal cell or it may be benign. They found it very interesting, too..that's me!!! I gotta be different

Got a nap in. Had no choice in the matter. Maddy really needed a nap, too, so she joined me.

Beautiful day here. Got to sit out on deck with me evening coffee and just enjoy the air, the sun, the puffy clouds, the trees blowing in the breeze. Peace. Yes!
