Went to PCP today.....meanwhile.....missed my nap, but had fun, actually with my doc. We are pretty good friends. The physical was fine. Got a little shot in my knee and my flu shot. Have had both pneumonia shots this past year. He ordered a boat load of blood work, which I expected. Now, to get it done, one of these days. Have to recuperate from today first.

I am still in the numb zone when it comes to Robin, as I am sure most are... My heart hurts so for her family and close friends...just can't imagine...
