I'm assuming the redness in my hand was caused by the hot pepper ingredient of the cream (capsiacin). It worked fast to get rid of the initial pain and it didn't come back anywhere near as bad. Good stuff.

Good news. I think they have such a hard time producing quality studies because there are SO many different types of vapes out there, tons of different liquids....high wattage, voltage, etc. How can you make an actual determination? I am in the firm believer group that ecigs are 95 % safer than smokes, so don't get me wrong. It just must be hard to get actual data with all the different types of ecigs.

Oh, I'm home. Went well. Only got half contrast as my creatine was up a bit. Always something! Gotta drink a ton of water today. Ok, maybe not quite a ton...

Well, doctor's office called already. MRI was good. No new MS lesions, no brain mets, no strokes or TIAs. All good. Scared me, at first, cause they called so fast, but they told me they thought I could use some good news for a change!!!!! So, I am going to take the time to enjoy this news before I move on to the next thing....Thank you for all your kind thoughts, prayers, etc....I'll say it again....I love you all and I'm not afraid to admit that!! Even that poopy @SilverBear , who doesn't visit us no more....
