. Been like that for almost 9 years now. Ever since my first, bad anxiety attack. Used to last all day, but so grateful it doesn't anymore! Have you and your doctor tried Dramamine? Sounds like vertigo. Also, there's a procedure for "resetting the middle ear's crystals" (paraphrased) And a therapy for such. Something about crystals in the inner ear floating around and causing problems. Gets worse when you lay down, and better when upright, but depending on degree, and be both positions, or even the other way around (I think). Messes up those little balance sensing hairs in the inner ear.Good morning Frannie, Tib and KC
24 here...
Here's my other sleep problem. I wake up too early, but I also wake up EVERY SINGLE morning feeling sick (nausea). I mean, as SOON as I wake up. Goes away after I'm up a little bit, but, boy, it sure doesn't start my day well..... Been like that for almost 9 years now. Ever since my first, bad anxiety attack. If you've ruled out infection, damage, and such.
My mom had it and they sent her to PT, and thankfully it hasn't returned.
Good morning snails.
. I believe it is leftover anxiety that still needs to be accepted (by me) and ignored until it is gone. So hard to ignore when you wake up and it's the first thing there, before you've even had a chance to think. But I believe I've been successful in acceptance about 80% of the time, as I am no longer ill 24/7. So glad your mom got rid of hers. It can be so debilitating....missed that invitation by a hair!Blueberry muffins in the oven, Tibs! Come on over!
