this ^ has thrown me for a loop - why was there no mention of it in the report? instead it seems to have given an 'all clear' as far as the bones are concerned:

Osseous structures: No suspicious lesions.

i have been sitting here trying to wrap my head around this

Radiation works very well with bone mets. It is much more precise than it used to be, so they will be able to trigger right in on the cancer with little to no harm to surrounding areas. Fingers crossed that this will not only help his pain, but eliminate the lesion. Sending out love and hugs...
