Was out and about today, even in the cold. We had some errands to take care of. Had to pick up a home sleep study kit. Will probably do that Sunday night. They only check for apnea, so we'll see where we go from there. Am very slowly beginning to cut back my Klonopin, as it's very sedating and I'm tired of just about falling asleep at 6 pm. Poor Marsha. Lousy company for her. And went to audiologist. Getting new hearing aids, as the ones I have now are no longer strong enough. This will help my right ear which is almost totally deaf now. Tried them out and things sounded different out of that ear, but she'll be working with me to get used to it. I'm sure Dale understands. It's just different.
