We have enough to last through TEN storms. I went only to
get the veggies for the planned stew. I go in with a list and
I stick to it.

Here, we have the lowest amount of snow so far for any winter on record. That's both good and bad. Driving has been good. But I'm worried about the water table in the spring. Snow replenishes it.

Afternoon,folks My 2 daughters,one GD and 7 yr old GS here today due to schools being closed for some reason. All gone now as there is much to do. Oldest daughter is picking me up tomorrow as the youngest is doing most of the work to get ready.

No. It does not. I know what's coming and the "worst" will be snowTHROWING
the driveway. *I* have ZERO plans to go out. I told Dad on Wednesday to make
his shopping list enough to get him through at least Monday. They've predicted
this thing for almost a week. And people are just NOW getting all kinds of
panicky and worried. Sucks to be THEM. I plan. Spontaneous "R" Not Me.

And I say "snowTHROWING" because it's like "thunder and lightning"
to me. There is not a piece of equipment out there that BLOWS
the snow. They THROW the snow. When people mention their
snowBLOWERS, it's like nails down a chalkboard to me. Not to
mention "hot water heaters".
