The worry is if there is blood or one being frightened and hiding.
But if they keep going at it...it's just play.
Hissing is cat speak when boundaries are being overstepped.

Yeah, we're learning. There was no blood drawn and no serious fights, just general hostility. Now they are calm and cuddling. Opal was here first, so she felt like he invaded her territory, and Binx was traumatized by being separated from the other rescues he knew and the trip to a new place.

One more question: do you have to feed wet food to your cats? DD wants to have them on dry food (provided they drink enough water)...

How long has he been gone? Ages, it seems...

For kidney health and urinary tract health, wet is much better...especially for males.
But - some cats are really picky - at that point any food is better than no food.

i feed both crunchies always available in their dishes and wet food in the evenings which they love.

Still standing here, thankfully. Power stayed on. More skirting torn down, one small gutter down, but we are all safe and I'm sure grateful for that!
Would not be surprised if Atty lost power again, as I think they got it the worst! Just hoping he is safe! And Bear and anyone else in the wind's path.
