Hey @Katya ... as a resident of a "no plastic bag" state, how has it been working
out over there? Not just for YOU, but the general population... has there been
any big uproar and/or mass approval?
NY is joining in on that on 01mar20. I can honestly say I'm NOT going to like it.
All my/our shopping bags are used 2 or 3 times. I/we just do not toss them away
after 1 use (unless they have holes). Kitty box waste, liners for all household
garbage/trash, etc etc etc.

I fear this is going to happen everywhere. We reuse bags several times, too, most especially in household trash cans. We use cloth mostly at groceries, but, occasionally, use the plastic bags so we have some to reuse.
