Good morning to all Knee is not great but still much better than yesterday. I think I must have caught up on my sleep this weekend. Bf one the way down to get me so I'd better get ready.

FYI After killing me all day yesterday my knee was fine after we got back to daughters...........stupid knee.

Went to visit out of town nephew and family (Marsha's). It was a nice visit, but, man, I ate something I shouldn't have. Doubled me up in pain. My IBS has been bad lately, but this was the worst and all I had was a little dark and white meat turkey, a little stuffing, lactose free mashed potatoes, a little corn and a tiny piece of cherry pie...Oy.....still paying the piper. But better than it was.

If I'm not on in the evenings for awhile, it's cause I am outside enjoying the weather, so know that I am saying goodnight to all of you in my heart...
