lol every time i go from sitting to standing it takes me ages to straighten up and it hurts not sure if i can blame the heels i had to wear yesterday

If it's muscle, hot soak or heating pad, Tibs. Sometimes you can alternate hot/cold.

Sounds like you tweaked a nerve.....time.....ibuprofen....ice 1st 24, then heat and ice, or just heat...but, if it's a nerve, that won't help. Hope it's just a fluke.

Left at 6am this morning for hubby's eye procedure to correct "after cataract". Seems it's quite common! Procedure took 5 minutes and we were home by 7:30.

So glad it went well and was speedy!! I go on the 22nd for measurements to get mine done. Looking forward to seeing better and brighter!
