    No you can't
I get into the car to take it BACK to the dealer and... the "check engine" light is off.

Go back anyway and regale them with the tale of woe.

Apparently some error codes get reset after the car is driven X miles or for Y minutes.

However... THEY hold the Supreme Power to reset the light BEFORE handing the car
back so this morning's activities (and over the weekend foul mood) could have been
    completely eliminated.

    Grrr.

    Pain. A88.

Go on some rides!!! They have a carousel and one of the figures is Dolly
lying on her back. You ride it like a two-hump (aka: "bactrian") camel.
OK, there's several jokes in there somewhere, but for the one I was thinking about, I don't want to be FALSELY accused of being anti-gay so I'll just let this opportunity pass right on by...

That one doesn't look too bad, Bear. There's some of them at other parks I won't go on due to my "advanced age" ;) but I'd do that one.
I have ALWAYS ALWAYS been a fan of roller coasters. Joined ACE (American Coaster Enthusiasts)
in 1980... was treasurer and membership director of a regional club. Spent many many many
vacations for many many many years doing nothing but amusement parks.

Then husbear came along who turns green just looking at a coaster.

THEN the "back thing" happened in 2005. No problems since then, but I simply do not want to
take the chance of bringing it all back for a roller coaster ride. Glad the internet and YouTube
are around now. I can ride vicariously and safely.

BTW: Cedar Point rules!!! (Sorry @Katmar... it has it all over Kennywood.)

Is the name of a common household and/or office implement involved?

Other than that, I come up empty.

    And I'm filthy-dirty.

I've been to Cedar Point a few times. There are now coasters there I won't ride. Like I said, must be age.... ;)

Last one I rode somewhere (Michigan Adventure maybe?) was a one that had an upside down loop. I don't really remember well, but I don't think it was a "hanging" one where your feet are dangling. I think it was a "ride in car" one.

My speed now is the ones that crash into the water, only one big hill. lolololol. I'm still around though.

    No. It's.... OK, here goes.

Think about how you ride a double-hump camel. Because that's exactly the WRONG way to ride Dolly lying on her back, pretty much regardless of how creative you get. Gay guys, huh? ;)

ONE loop??? There are a couple now that do it 13 times. I think that's the current
    record.

Going upside down was never a big thing for me (on roller coasters). Most of them
I would ride once just to say "I was on it".

I'd like to get Husbear to Disney World (after he retires). He's never been. But that
entire experience has now been pretty much ruined. You *NEED* reservations - most
times MONTHS in advance, online - to even get on some of the rides. And a smart
phone for the bar-codes that you now scan at every ride. Almost ALL the sit-down
restaurants mandate WAY-advance reservations. Unless you want to wait in the "standby"
lines for hours for no-shows while everybody else parades right past you, all smug and
stuff. How is THAT supposed to be fun?

That doesn't sound very fun. I'd definitely go off-season.
There is no "off season" at Disney World (or any Disney property).

There is "Mobbed" and "Very Mobbed". Either still requires MUCH advanced planning.
And a smart phone. And bar codes. You're NOT getting on "Toy Story Mania" in March
or April 2020 unless you book your place in line NOW. And boy... you BETTER show up
    on time.

I remember the days when (insert dreamy-wavy visions) everybody showed up at an
amusement park as equals. Everybody paid the same to get in, everybody waited in
the same lines. No dancing and prancing and mincing in front of other people with
a "ha ha I'm a better planner than you" look on their face.

Cedar Point (and most other major parks) has "Fast Pass". You pay your regular
    admission like anybody else.

Then... for an additional $149 (or whatever they are charging AT THAT MOMENT
because it's "dynamic pricing") you can get into a different line at most of the
rides and waltz, polka, pirouette, and plie past all the have-nots who have to wait
    their turn.
