And a late-ish Happy Wednesday to all!

I jumped right into a few chores this morning, not the least one being
clearing the back eavestrough. Just LOADED with locust tree crap and
a few other kinds of leaves. But during breaks, I came here to catch
up ("over there") on today's hearing. And also to see Tibs get her daily
dose of "take that!!!" :) No good words go unpunished.

Tomorrow will be "the addition" gutters. Friday will be the side-of-house
gutter... and the front.

Now to just sit a bit and decompress before heading over to Dad's.

They do, but they don't impress me. I'm better off fasting between meals. IDK why.
I suspect it gives my system more time to recover, like liver, or blood sugar, or whatever. IDK. Used to work well for me to just skip breakfast and eat a normal lunch.

But I was younger then too. Age. We humans seem to get wider with age....

    No you can't
Yeah, and to lose weight using it.

    I'm working on it.
The problem is I have to cook 2 or three meals per day for Mom. I used to just skip breakfast, and be on my feet quite a bit. I still get a lot of movement-exercise, but not quite as much. And I need to quit feeding my face.

You need one of these. I picked up the 771 the red one along with the treadmill. Tuck in my belt or sock works great. Cost me $8.99. They did not charge me shipping at checkout. - Pedusa PE-771 Tri-Axis Multi-Function Pocket Pedometer and Clip – Pedometersusa
