Every year, there is one "institution" that holds up the works for completing
taxes. In the grand scheme of things, no biggie. I won't owe, I won't get
a refund. Yet another year of nothing.
The previous offender is out of the picture now. But, there's a new one to
take its place. So... I go to the website to sign up for online notification
(I'm all about the paper trail in snail mail) thinking I can cut out any time
wasted in mail delivery.

You know, there are some things that make you just want to grab somebody by the neck
and shake their head in a rapid forward/backward motion until you hear a satisfying
"snap" sound.
What is UP with that kind of stuff??? They are NOT a new company. The website has NOT
been recently redesigned.
