I guess you missed the "start seeds indoors" part. ;)
I guess I must have!!! Why would it show a "Hardiness Zone" map for indoors (at the very top
of the linked page)???

I tried - ONE YEAR - to start plants indoors.

That was the ONE YEAR I had to do plant shopping after Memorial Day. NOTHING took.

Lesson learned.

I do not just happen to have a glass greenhouse.

PS:  at "Zone 6". They're trying to tell me I'm in the same zone as parts of South Carolina?

BULL....!!! Liars.

    No you can't
Trying to figure this one out. Starting March 1st plastic bags are outlawed.

    1. people use these bags to throw out their trash.

    2. Now instead of not paying for them they'll go out and buy plastic trash bags.

    3. in any case plastic will still be used and plastic will still show up in the oceans.

What have they accomplished but to cut down more trees to make paper.

Is there something I am missing? Wonder are they going to add tax onto the cost of a paper bags. I bet you that is it!

    Where have you been?!?!

5c per paper bag... LOCALITY decision "yes" or "no".

    Monroe County = "no".

BUT!... Wegmans is charging 5c and then donating that money to a local food pantry.

"Like the tax, the Wegmans charge is not mandated by law. Wegmans said it was imposing
the charge to incentivize customers to bring their own reusable shopping bags."

Monroe County, Rochester won’t tax paper bags

The paper bag is optional. - I can only hold so much in my arms.

This does not look like we all are getting treated equal!
If you pay using SNAP or WIC, you will not be charged any paper bag fees. Stores must provide SNAP and WIC users with free carryout bags. No other customers are exempt from this fee.

You're right. WITHIN A LOCALITY, either everybody pays or nobody pays. You
would be in an "everybody" one.

Listen to this logic. They don't have to pay as long as they have funds left on the card. Once gone these poor under class people are like the everybody people. Cough it buddy! HA HA. See what your gov buddies did to you. HA HA.
