Someday it will warm up and I'll be able to go out and sit in the sun but according to the weather that isn't going to happen anytime soon.

My guy offered a spot for the Friday or Saturday before closing. I should have taken
up the offer and had him go even-shorter-than-usual. He will NOT do at-home
appointments even at 2x his usual fee. Yes, I tried bribing him (this past Friday).
I admit it.
I would not go 3x.

At-home service? Yes, that's what he "claimed". He belongs to some union or associationthat was declared illegal in nc - hefty fine!
and it's deemed "unsanitary" even in the best of times UNLESS the customer is actually
home-bound due to some physical problem.

Just found some (old) N95 masks when I dug to the bottom of a box with a diamond blade I used to cut cement.
Now, the package had been opened, but I think the two left are unused. Topmost one is a bit discolored though, probably due to sun or whatever exposure. But chances are the other one is fine. AND...that buys me another trip to the grocery store.
I'm sure it will make the OTHER PEOPLE I encounter more comfortable that I'm considerate of them.
I'm now wondering if I can sous vide masks (at what temp? For how long?) to sterilize them after use. Will that degrade the elastic? Is the elastic already degraded? (haven't opened it yet, just cleaned off the case). Can't imagine they're very sterile after sitting in the plastic case in the garage for that long.
