Good morning snails. High winds expected here. But they lowered the max-gust estimates, so that's good.
Going to try to get a load of laundry in before it hits. And breakfast, of course.

Was a bad night in Arkansas, lots of damage and power outages. Will be several days before everyone is restored, we’re were blessed.

Oy, so far so good here.
Except....I didn't put the trash out last night in case winds kicked up early...the trash-guys have been showing up around 1 p.m or so. So I figured I'd get it put out by noon. However, I assume due to the high winds on the way, they showed up at 9:00 a.m. today instead!

So yeah, missed it this week. But the flies aren't out yet, so I don't anticipate much problem waiting until next week.

moved so fast we had a new tornado watch 30 minutes after the warning expired

all gone now but the wind warning .......
