Question (here) re: "testing"...

Is/Will a test able to distinguish between:
1.) Somebody who is CURRENTLY infected and, I guess, known as an active "carrier"
and
2.) Somebody who was exposed at some point (oh, let's say mid-MARCH), did not get
sick/symptomatic, and now has only antibodies

Currently infected = test A. (Swab)
Has antibodies = test B. (Blood)

So if "they" find out you have antibodies, are you then isolated
for 14 more days after the results?... or are they able to tell
how old those antibodies may be?
"They" would require a negative Test-A along with no fever or other symptoms.

The real questions are
1) How many 'types' of "has antibodies" are there?
2) How long does immunity last?
3) How fast is the virus mutating?

Tentative answers are fuzzy like
1a) the worse you had it, the better your antibodies are, in general.
2a) don't know
3a) don't now, but slower than seasonal flu from all looks at it so far. That's good.
