If you are just sitting at your computer keep refreshing. You will eventually find it but you have to check out really fast. If you fail try again. That's how I got mine.

The site said I qualify, so that's good news. Lots of other people are getting "Cannot determine status" messages. I got that before I filed taxes this year (since they didn't know how much I made in 2019, I could have been "exempt"...lol...not that year! I filed taxes a bit late this year due to being lazy and also having to download Turbotax.
