a resident they took back from skilled nursing on tuesday (tested negative) ran another test yesterday which was positive

on second thought i think both are right. if you're coming back to a facility from skilled nursing/rehab you only get tested once. but covid might not show in the early days of an infection. that explains why dh's facility ran another test 3 days after the fellow returned.

I'll have to get a rotisserie chicken for next time.as long as they aren't too dry that should work. but i have had some bad luck with tenders.
