the boy and gf did the thanksgiving visit this past weekend and that was perfect timing. since yesterday dh's facility reverted to phase 2 as a general precaution - no more in room visits allowed. we're back to appointments only and 30 minute visits in a designated area - bummer

I was worried about my neighbor too, she lost her husband (no kids) this summer, and is having Thanksgiving alone in this pandemic. I'll be on the phone with her tomorrow at some point, and I let her know she could call.
I've been isolating, and will visit the GF and son tomorrow per their request. That's only the three of us, and I've been isolated since the 21st, and that was only to pick up a pizza...short contact time. Store was last week on the 19th I think it was.
No symptoms, so I'm hoping we're all in the clear. At least I am, until I visit.
