Could be of interest.... Heather knows 3 gals that got both of the 2 shots. All 3 said the second was bad for them. One ended up in the hospital. Heather didn't know which shots they got.

As I understand it, the 2nd shot is where you're likely to feel the effects, if at all. It's actually considered a GOOD thing by most, it means that your immune system is primed and is reacting to the 2nd booster shot. But there's no real virus so it's usually over in a day or so. Similar things happen for some people even on the one-dose flu shot as in they feel like they have the flu for a bit.

But really, they don't. It's just your immune system boosting/reacting. I'm surprised at the hospitalization, but I suppose it can happen, and may be due to either an abundance of caution or a personal rare-reaction.

Me too Tibby! I fell asleep with the TV on, and it "awoke" in the middle of the night after the string of COSMOS video stream was done and it woke me up too.

Slept too much and can't get back to sleep. So I thought I'd bug you. I'm nice like that.

I'm going to try to go back to sleep now, before daylight hits, although staring at this computer screen was probably a bad idea in that it likely reset my circadian rhythm. But who knows? Maybe my brain will now think I'm taking an extra nap!

Good luck with all that news stuff Tibs. I looked too and most of it was depressing or disgusting (most of the pardons for example). But there's hope. I should be ready for popcorn around noon while watching the inauguration! Coverage starts at 10:00 am.

And less than 30 days (Feb 18) before that new rover (Perseverance, fitting for 2020/2021) with the helicopter lands on Mars. My name, Mom's and GF's are on it (in extremely small size engraved on some chip). What fun, eh?
