@classwife is correct. And so am I, considering I was an ORIGINAL and you were NOT there. The word "SNAILS in this thread was never about slow threads. It may have that meaning, but NOT this thread. It was about a story Jerry and I created, along with a few other great people and it morphed into a comedy about SNAILS. Full stop/

I was a latecomer to the Response on Threads (no mention of snails); I started with V4L and then quickly moved to "Burning Cartomisers" when our posts about, ahem, burning cartomizers were being deleted from V4L. The Burning thread was my home here from 2010 for many years. But many of you (Katmar, Tibs, CES) were also in the Burning thread, and Whiskey and Pre-Vets--and you led me to Response on Threads.
I have no idea what the disagreement is about.It was a thread about slow response on threads--originally--and it was started by Martha.

Atty is wrong, and I don't want the memory of Jerry, Nora, myself and several others to be distorted into something it wasn't. He wasn't a part of it and you were NOT in on the beginning. IT's Atty who needs to give it a break. As he insists he is right and he wasn't even here. Why y'all let him slide with a lie, I don't know. Classy tried to set him straight. The thread REALLY took off regarding the Snails tales on page 4 with Jerry and I and several mods, then Nora jumped in. That Snail Tale is Jerry's baby and he will forever be remembered for it. Even talked about in his obit. All ya have to do is read it. I will let it go when the story is correct. You can just skip over these posts. Simple enough, right?
There is nothing nasty being said. Just correcting wrongs and lies. That's not against the rules. Pass on by these threads. They're not about you anyway, so no worries.
