Yes, Atty, I completely agree. I missed it last year, so did everyone else. It's fun watching it on tv, but even more fun going to the race track. It has been quite a few years since i have been to the horse track. Such fun.

Good morning in here !

It works. good morning, classy. i leave for anna maria island tomorrow around 4am. So excited!! I can't believe it has been 5 years since i last got home. Not that i didn't want to go, but it has gotten ridiculous in cost. It has been cheaper to get a place on South Beach, Miami than Anna Maria. I was getting ready to book a place in South Beach and happened to find this place in anna maria last minute.

Pray for da Pepper in his travels. ty very much.;)

Can someone explain this to me so it makes some kind of sense? My GD Meg has a son a little over a year old. Dallas has Trisomy 18, has a trach, is fed thru a tube. Meg has been living with friends for years but recently she wants a place of her own. Nobody wants to rent to her because she has a small child? She tells them, (My son doesn't walk, talk or cry). She's looked at a lot of places but no one will call her back. She finally found one single apartment she can rent. It's not ideal but I think she's going to take it.

i think it's more her being single than dallas' condition. a single mother is more likely to stop working when a child gets sick and thereby losing her source of income :(

She is working online. I think a big part of it is we have too many people coming here. You can't find a house to rent/buy anywhere (she tried to buy). Apartments are going just as fast. She did find one place that's rather small but cute. The landlord offered her $100 of the rent because she's a single Mom. I think she's going to take that.

    Good afternoon Everyone :D

I went looking for Mr. Ed reruns this morning, couldn't find any. I miss that show. ;)

Getting warm here today, might hit 80 later. :w00t: It's better than a foot of snow and cold so I'll take it. I'm waiting for the weather to get warmer up north so I can visit my friend and her daughters ...and their horses... I need to hop on the saddle and enjoy some horses up close and personal. A nice run would feel great today.

Anywho, I hope you all are enjoying your day doing whatever it is you are doing. :)
