They came out great! Crispy and fluffy. Had 2 of em. (1 cup dry mix makes 2 waffles). I add a pinch of fresh baking powder and some vanilla (plus extra oil for the waffle recipe). I don't add the extra recommended egg, it doesn't need it.

Crispy clouds of butter-syrup holding squares.
