I got it together and only used one expletive during the entire process.:D The grill is made by cuisinart. Really nice. the stainless steel grates are hefty... and they'll need to be with the piece of prime ribeye i'll be putting on it tomorrow.:thumbs:

What the heck is this for? It's a small chain attached to the body of the grill with a metal, tubular piece attached to it. I was thinking it was some type of grounding probe. lol But according to 1 guy it a match stick holder in case you have to light your grill manually. I'm calling cuisinart on monday.:lol:

    Yes it's a matchstick holder. I hadn't looked at the operational manual. thx.Regardless, I'm taking it off. It[s already getting in the way.

    Funny thing is there is no battery for the igniter button. Each burner has its own ignition. I forget what it's called but essentially it's like a match. When you turn the knob to the high position it clicks which causes a spark and then fire.:lol:
