Is it consider a nap if u take it at 8am? Is it possible to consider it a continuation of your sleep from the night before? These are the things Pepper is contemplating this morning. What ever one considers it, those 2 hours of rest from 8-10a were great. The Pepper is feeling refreshed. Ready to kick the door down.

I call "continuation sleep" or "catch-up sleep"...Then you can do a "nap" this afternoon if so inclined.

I got this knee strap yesterday and I am amazed at how well it works. It has taken away most of the pain when i walk and has given me more confidence. I'll be using this in the gym come monday.
