How come you're not up at 5 am like everyone else? Is this "the new normal"? Yikes!

This early-bird stuff is...for the birds! Where's that Dale with her fantastic Sunday Brunch? (I guess brunch is usually LATER than breakfast, but....)

Meanwhile, other areas in New York City saw 4 to 8 inches of rain, with Brooklyn receiving more than 6 inches in a 24-hour period.

It rained until the early morning hours around 2am it stopped very heavy down pours - then around 9 am this morning it started up again. Though its constant its not as bad as yesterday so far when in 3 hours we got over 4 inches of rain - it finished up at 6 inches - WOW.

Having Patty Melts for dinner, because I have some GB I want to use up, and it sounded good. With sides...like something actually good for me.

But I was out of Thousand Island Dressing, so made some. And also mixed up some burger seasoning. Now to caramelize some onions, and I'm on the way....
