I think I should ponder better meals, but freezable. So like make-your-own frozen TV dinners type of thing (maybe not counting canned veggies 'n stuff). So I can stock up some variety, make ?3? or so meals at once, and freeze the other two, and then rotate through them later, being "lazy". Oriental meals sound good right now.
