You can always put frozen water jugs (3/4 or maybe 4/5 full) in the freezer for mass until you fill it. Easy to remove and thaw the water. And in worst case, you have stored up some water.

I was thinking about that it will save me from filtering my urine...

I've almost perfected it, but had to stop with the trip disaster to Florida. I added a 1/4 cup of gluten and it was almost there. I'm going with a 1/2 cup of gluten with my next batch. Thanks for reminding me. I'll bake a loaf tom.
