i'm scared - it comes out perfect as it is. it also freezes ok so if i get tired of eating the same thing that's another option
the drippings left in the pan are a big part of getting the gravy right. not sure if 1/3 of the meat would be sufficient

Anyway, just signed up. The Showtime station alone has been 10 or 11 bucks, so this combo deal was good.
