no hash brown patties in foodlion either today but i picked up a bag of the loose ones and will try to make my own patty. breakfast it is around here tonight

The loose ones are the way to go. The Pepper has mastered making patties with these. Onions are required with salt and pepper.

I made one large patty in a 12 inch frying pan. It got nice and brown on the one side, but how do u get the other side brown? Well, you flip it in the air. Several people were there and were laughing that I was going to miss and get it all over the place. The Pepper made a perfect flip of a 12" patty. We all had a good laugh.
