Well, you should. Then you don’t have to clean the crap off your car and kill the battery.
the garages are down the hill. if i'd park there when snow is expected i'd never get out ;) it'd add an easy 200 ft uphill i'd have to conquer! :D

The day is complete. Great workout at the gym, dinner was done at 4pm and dishes washed. driveway is completely cleared and dried with the sun today. It feels like a drink is in order. But alas, it must wait until Friday. Have a great rest of the day and evening, people. Pepper's going to do what Pepper does. See ya.:)

I wasn't nearly so industrious, but I managed to get the snow chains on the lawn tractor before the first major storm of 2022 starting tomorrow. 4-8 inches of drifting crap on the way over the next two days.

Good work Pepper man! Have a fake-drink or something to celebrate.

Why so far away. Makes no sense.
In the "old days" the barns were not near the house. The garages often weren't either. Place to put the horseless carriages. Old style houses still have separate garages. Keeping all that "stuff" away from the main living space. Then they'd go through a bunch of crap to connect them. Like tunnels even. lol

IDK how old her house is, but the STYLE may be rather...old-traditional.

I'm sure Bear would chime in here with a witty one about Southern Brick Mansions and stuff, but I'm cutting her some slack, since I feel sorry for her right now.

But the GOOD NEWS is that she tested negative for CV-19.

it's the lay-out of the driveway going through the woods and coming up the hill. i can get there by crossing the breezeway and going downstairs. garages are underneath the apt

smh.

Now I'm with Fran.
If there's a major cold snap or storm, park in the damn garage and walk through the breezeway. Geez......
lol

Here I thought it wasn't even attached!
