it's going to be a cold, cold wknd with lows around 15 tonight and 13 on saturday. brrrrrr! The good part? There's playoff football all wknd long. And I have plenty of adult beverages and food. There is a small consideration of going to the sports bar on Saturday night for the game. IDK, we'll see.

I guess that's what I had. I cubed up some chicken breast and stir fried it with onions, garlic, and green pepper, topped it off with some soy sauce, and poured it over rice. I used extra virgin olive oil, but most times i'll use sesame seed oil. Hi, Frannie. Have a great night.

Make sure it is NIOSH approved, as those are the ONLY ones recommended by the experts. Couldn't find that approval on the ones Tibs posted, and it's usually the first thing sellers display:
