He is getting ready to make his own pizza sauce. Ingredients:San Marzano tomatoes
extra virgin (kinda like Pepper
) olive oilorganic oregano (dried)
organic basil (dried)
sea salt
haven't decided whether to add garlic--think i'm going to hold off on that
The sauce will go on my Keto pizza.
Yes, the pepper is going to mix-in keto with intermittent fasting.
crust will consist of mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and egg. the nice thing about keto you get your energy from fat instead of carbs. So, I'll top it with sausage, pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese. I'll be taking pics, so I'm sure everyone will be looking forward to that.

the pizza sauce has been made. i put in all of the listed ingredients and decided to add a 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. it has a nice initial taste, but it'll need to sit overnight for the flavors to meld together. I'll let ya know how it turned out.
beautiful day here with temps around 77 degrees and sunshine. it'll stay this way thru saturday--then a turn for the worse. next week temps in the mid 50s and low 60s.

"Frenchie" kitty (15 years old) survived anesthesia and removal
of his remaining teeth. Now in kitty recovery.
His foster Mom will bring him home, administer antibiotic and
pain med for a few days.
Then, he comes here.
