Had chicken parmigiana with a side of angel hair spaghetti and a salad. I coat the chicken breast with flour, then egg, then Italian bread crumbs and fry with a little olive oil and finish off in the oven. It was all working fine until I got the flour out of pantry. The container slipped out of my hand and I tried to catch it with the other hand that resulted in knocking it further into the air and all over the kitchen floor and counter top. Got it cleaned up and finished with dinner.

Temp sits at 84 with a light breeze. Going to do the things that I do. Have a great okay evening, but not too good. see ya.

So, I'm watching the local news from Philly. In the last 4 hours 9 people have been shot and 1 killed in separate incidences in the city. WTF! The people running this city have destroyed it, especially the DA, Krasner. I won't go into the city anymore and that sucks because it offers so many good things. I don't know where the car jackings stand, but they were at 90 in 1/15/22--that's just 15 day into the new year.
