thanks to our frannie and the flavored water topic i have found a perfect solution ;) true orange fits the bill! :thumb:
https://www.amazon.com/Enhancer-Dispenser-Packets-Calorie-Flavoring/dp/B005ECLNIM 3 packets to 20 ounces of water are just right! i also ordered the true lemon but have not tried it yet ;)
anyhow, with that addition i do get 60 ounces of water intake daily. not for those with a sweet tooth though - no sugars period!

    We had a repeat of last night, it was good the first time around so we decided to do it again ... plus it was already cooked :D
    There’s a huge brisket in the slow cooker that I’ll have to figure out what to do with tomorrow.

    do try them, atty! i hate the taste of plain water and with the sugar-free (natural or otherwise) seltzer the best i could do was 3 12oz cans a day. :(

    sounds good to me, dale ;) i have no problem eating the same thing twice as long as i enjoyed it the first time!
