I'm fine - work has been a nightmare lately.
Sold one of the locations up in Panama City...there were some shared carrier codes that did not go with the sale so a brand spanking new carrier list and password list was created for that location. Just the items that went with the sale right ?
Nope...they went by an old pw list that had shared codes on it and transferred our policies.
What a mess t straighten that out.
About 6 weeks ago I looked into the bookkeeping for another location.
Things weren't adding up so I chopped them off from accepting anything other than an electronic payment. Seems there were still items being paid from the account...huh ?
After digging into them it seems when they were set up with recurring payments the "employee" used our business account information. OMG !! At least 6 people that had hit in the 5 days after I chopped them off. CLOSED the business account to prevent further deductions...no way to tell how many people were set up that way. OMG !! Some of it went back to May of last year....and some of these people also were coming in making cash payments...We'll find out more as people get cancellation notices for non pay...
As soon as I questioned it and showed what I had found 2 people quit. Think embezzlement ???
Now we need 2 people to be hired for there.
Another location needs 2 people also.
Our office needs 2 people...just can't seem to get applicants. It's nuts.
