I did both, one right after the other, a couple/few years ago.

Hmmm... 2 days... probably BP. Think the Holter was just 24 hours.
But my stress test was after the two monitors.
The BP monitor put me on Amlodipine. But now,
I think my readings are a bit too low.
The Holter just confirmed afib... which put me on
Eliquis after I turned 65.
The stress test - which lasted a puny 3.5 minutes -
provided readings that were not alarming at all.
I thought for sure the short duration was a huge fail,
but no. Strange how I can be out pushing a lawn
mower around the yard for well over an hour with
no trouble. Lifting and carrying bags of top soil,
mulch, p e b b l e s . :: shrug ::
