Had a really good - but short - storm roll through around
midnight. GREAT thunder! Enough to wake me up (which
is saying something) and it set off a car alarm across the
road. I TRUST there was lightning first (
) but theblackout curtains do a pretty good job.
Saves me the job of watering the plants today.
Now to start the 60 feet of front hedges, yews. Missed the
right time for a good cut-back, so will just neaten them up
a bit. Half today, rest tomorrow.
