Hotter than blue blazes here. Just heard over the wire, Spain has just issued a ruling that air conditioners cannot be below 80 degrees in bars, restaurants, public places, etc.
There was no mention of homes. Not a big deal for the most part. Try spending a couple months in Thailand. Save for your accommodations, malls. Virtually everywhere you eat is open air. I lost 20lbs the last time I was there--and I thought I was eating enough, but it's tough when it's that hot.

I've known several people who went through pulmonary rehab and did wonderful, felt SO much better and learned a LOT about different methods of breathing and exercising. Hope it's the same for you. It was WAY too late for my best friend who just recently passed. She couldn't even DO rehab. I am completely lost without her, after 52 years of a daily friendship.just heard back from my (local) pulmonologist - he's referring me to pulmonary rehab. it's a start
