How do we now go to the first unread/new message within a thread?

Clicking on "5965" takes me to the page, not the post.

from watched threads i just clicked on 'snails' and it gets me to first unread

if there are new posts the thread title will be bold. click on it and you'll get to the first unread post. seems to be working

i think the feature you used is gone. used to be an option right on top of a thread 'go to first unread'

On another forum it also stands for “sympathy “ which is what i‘m accustomed to using it for.
