glad to hear it! don't think i ever tried it - bought it in preparation of the anticipated apocalypse .....
After an hour and half (poking myself in the eyes and pulling out my hair) the guy finally got it right on my end. 
Fact is he gave me the larger package that I called to remove at a even larger discount. Basically I got a GIG speed and the phone and new router equipment no rental charges - including tax for next ten years for $85 not bad since I started out at 100 mbs and the phone at $122.00
