Welp, my double fermented pizza crust is about ready. Rolled the pizza dough into pizza dough balls. And will roll out and make the pizza crust with my homemade pizza sauce. I have my pizza stone and peel. This should be epic. If everything turns out as I have planned, this should copy what I can get in Italy. Or very close to it. I've enclosed a copy of the video for inquiring minds.
