went to rehab and afterwards drove 45 minutes to a physio-therapist who confirmed i have bppv. had my head manipulated for an hour. second appointment on thursday. fingers crossed View attachment 984893
Bummer Tibs. BPPV sounds like a PITA (or PITE [ear], minus pain). I hope they are able to help you.

Maybe during your second appointment they'll teach you how to do the Epley Maneuver (CRP)???

she doesn't do the epley. claims her manipulations are more thorough and last longer. we'll see

    She sounds confident. Many people benefit and learn maneuvers and exercises they can do themselves with PT. Marsha's dad had BPPV and went to a PT who really helped him AFTER an Epley didn't. I hope this works for you and that you will be able to help yourself, should the need arise in the future. Best of luck and hope it works WELL for you. BPPV is miserable, to say the least. But at least it can be controlled and, most of the time, they teach you how to control it yourself if it comes back.:)
