good morning, people. happy saturday. I bet everyone is pumped for the BIG game tomorrow.
We're going the traditional route of wings. Although, I'm going to try something different and 'air' fry them--or at least I'm going to do a couple test wings today and see how it goes. If not, I'll fry them on the burner attachment on the grill--keeps most of the smell out of the house.

The testing has begun, people. I'm not real happy with the first half of cooking, plus it will take about 25 minutes to cook the damn things. I'm thinking this is going to be a fail... at least for chicken wings. I'll let ya know.

Welp, I have some good news and I have some bad news on the wing front.
Ehh, they were okay. directions said to cook them 25mins and turn half way. I did, but they were overcooked--a little dry. Cooking time should be able 20mins. The skin was crispy, but it takes too long with marginal results. That's the bad news. The good news is I did a test run and won't be doing that tomorrow. It'll be fry time.
