Helping the neighbor lady with her mower. Deck belt broke.
Of course, there's 10 years of grass packed under the spindles. And one of the deck hangers was loose (missing butterfly clip).
And now I finally get to change the belt. Sears. Have to (well, supposed to) remove the deck to replace the belt. Screw that.

Annnnnnnnnd....of course....she ordered the wrong freaking belt off Amazon.

So I'm cutting her grass tomorrow too. Sigh. Got her a printout of the right belt to order. Was a pain to put on too due to the stupid design of the belt holders. Now get to take it off and do it again later.

Beautiful day here. Got to spend time on the deck AND outside, piddlin' around. Visited neighbor on their porch.
@AttyPops , you are a good neighbor. The world needs MORE of that, even if some neighbors can be a pain.
My trees are FULL of lanternfly eggs. I scraped as best I could and sprayed them down with vinegar. But there are many above my reach. Incredible the amount they lay. Have not seen a live one, yet, but nervous about what I missed
